But the truth must be told based in political realities. Segun Oni contesting the gubernatorial election led to the division of votes due PDP. It is also important to say that many PDP supporters who would have voted for Oni didn't vote at all knowing that Oni wouldn't win in SDP. In the end the winner is APC.
This is what will happen in the general election. At best Obi LP will come second best. Howbeit nearly can't fall a bird. Anyone who thinks that anyone who supports APC both in the North or South will see reason (no matter how good a candidate may be) to vote against APC is on a long dream. APC has a constant 12 million votes from the north. They are waiting for the election date. They are usually useful every four years.

APC no longer have that constant 12 million votes because Buhari is not on the ballot.
In fact, the APC with the current presidential candidate will not get more than 8 million votes.

Support is relative in the sense that any one who support APC does so for various reasons. But as regards to the 2023 presidential election with its presidential candidate in the person of Tinubu, getting 12 million votes is not achievable

Buhari is the only candidate with a bankable 12 million votes. Unfortunately Buhari is not on the ballot
