Maybe the APC primaries which nominate DIG Ekpo Udom was from the faction of Mr. Austin Ekanem led EXCO Loyal to Senator Udoedeghe of which he since gone to Appeal court to withdrew the case he filed against Chief Steve Leo NtukEkpo as authentic State APC chairman.

INEC do not have powers to upturn any elected positions but a competent court if Jurisdiction has such powers to do so.

APC is just being foolish here. All PDP needs to do is to come and second and then go to court and claim that APC has not candidate because Akpabio did not contest in the primary and as such has no reason at all to be on the ballot paper.

The same thing applies to Ahmed Lawal. Those duo should go and look for another profession to do in the next 4 years.
They can learn a trade if they have no other job to do
