The Nigerian president tasked the Nigerian ambassadors abroad to attract a handful of foreign investors into the country to open up the economy. It is very unfortunate that after 50 years of our independence, we are still immature to grow and develop our economy. What then is the relevance of the Nigerian education to economic growth and development? you can share more of your responses at http://theafricanwatch..com/. let us join hands together to achieve the Nigeria of our dream. Nigeria has a great destiny.

Nigeria does have a great destiny, Nigerians are the smartest and the most hardworking people i know, apart from Indians; they are nuts. But we need an outlet in Nigeria so that we can understand our potential and achieve our dreams. We need to change the educational system in Nigeria, instead of teaching the students to cram and regurgitate, we should teach them to think and innovate. Only then will Nigeria fulfill it's destiny. The secret to the success of most developed countries is freedom, freedom of thought, freedom of speech, freedom to think outside the box. We need that at Nigerian schools. We need it Fast!
