I laugh over that when I hear people talk about say the Governor of Rivers State as possible VP. If I were to be Atiku, I would never choose somebody like him.

Imagine the VPs we have had in Nigeria, they actually have been very good VPs. You know, Osinbajo is a good VP because he is loyal, attentive, you know, very focused. Goodluck Jonathan was a very good man, focused, attentive. Namadi Sambo focused, attentive...You name them.

Which of these men will you say is like Wike? Okowa is almost like them. No, Okowa is almost like them. He is focused, attentive, disciplined. Okowa is just one of those you will come to like because he is not cantankerous. He is very respectful and also very honest. We need someone like Okowa as VP of Nigeria. (Ned Nwoko, 2022)
