SHOP OWNER ARRESTED FOR CONNECTING 21 FABRICATED FRIDGES ON STREETLIGHT GENERATOR IN MAIDUGURI BORNO STATE:

The man on the first picture(White,Red,Blue Stripes Shirt) is Dabs by name. He is a shop owner at new GRA Maiduguri. He was arrested for taping on to Streetlight generator and connect 21 refrigerator.

This is quite pathetic but I can't really blame him sha. If the power-holding companies were doing their job he wouldn't even think of subscribing to such talk more of using and abusing a public utility like this. undecided

With good metering system, he can't pay the electricity tariff for 21 refrigerators which is most likely for selling pure water at N5 in Borno state.

Besides, I understand electricity is relatively stable in the state, because consumption is extremely low compared to industrialised states.
