Hillary Osafiele dandy (HOD) has emerged as the governorship candidate of the Labor Party in Delta state.

Prior to his emergence, he was the SSA to the governor Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on enjoyment matters.

He got his BSc in business administration, MSc management and his PhD in Information and technology analysis in Bristol university.
