We require suitable qualified personnel for the following positions:
*1. Lead Facilitator*

*Requirements*
.Minimum of 10years of related work experience in Power training/Consulting Company
.Minimum of Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic Power Engineering
.Any of the NAPTIM Certification will be an advantage
.Good knowledge of the training requirements of the Power Value Chain,Generation, Transmission and Distribution will be helpful
.Experience in design and development of Power training programmes
.Strong written and verbal skills
.Excellent presentation skills

*2.Facilitator*

*Requirements*
.Minimum of 5years experience
.Must have worked in Power Training/ Consulting Company
. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
.Any of the NAPTIM Certification will be an advantage
..Good knowledge of the training requirements of the Power Value Chain,Generation, Transmission and Distribution will be helpful
.Must have experience in designing and developing Power Training Programmes.
.Must have strong verbal and written skills
.Excellent presentation skills
