The Nigerian Population Commission (NPC) is having an ongoing recruitment program for employees to facilitate the planned 2022 Population and Housing Census (PHC).
This census will be the first to be held since 2006 and has had over 190 billion naira allocated towards it. The methodology and operation of the enumeration has been revised for this current census. It is planned to be the first digital census and keeping in line with this, an online recruitment portal has been opened up for applications.
The application is open to all adult citizens below the age of 35 at the time of application. This means the program is mainly targeted at youth.

The minimum requirement to apply is a Secondary School Certificate such as (WAEC or NECO). Some positions might require higher qualifications though.
