The food looks comely and cheap for that rate. It would've gone for over a thousand Naira, judging by the standard of an average eatery.
I also commend the neatness of the dish and the soup spoon, in such a place like NYSC camp. In our camping days, no fancy delicacies, no fancy dishes or spoons. Great men ate native meals served on elephant leaves, in a hasty Exodus/Passover posture, with bag straps firmly tightened to the waist, ready to move at any fvcking moment. Everything was done jungle styled.
No fences, just some civilians living in the midst of a jungle, in the middle of nowhere.
In the evening, long before lights out, there were no lights already. Finally at night, after lights out, men slept dressed up like they were going for battle because anything could happen while men slept.
If you ever tried to sneak out of camp, you were still in the jungle, where dinosaurs are waiting to play pokemonGo with you.
At the end of those days, men still enjoyed and had fun, then everyone went back safe. No casualties.
