Am looking for an Office ( 2-3 rooms) in Opebi Axis. May be prepared to share. It must be nice. That means: Clean Outside Clean Access stair Clean Offices Clean Toilet and running water Car park off road Clean environment First or second floor preferred Connected to NEPA email only with pictures to: amumar@gmail.com Note it must be CLEAN. @Chidoxyl, is the office space still avaliable? @ godfadda6 - Yes, d office space is still there, but I doubt if it wd be good 4 a buka. But, there's a commercial 3 bedroom flat somewhere along Awolowo way, Ikeja. With it's large sitting room, I tink dis is perfect 4 your kind of business. However, d budget is higher than d Opebi property I advertised here. D landlord is looking @ N1m/annum (slightly negotiable). Let me know your thot. Tanx. |
