Doluq Security is currently looking for a Receptionist\secretary to manage is front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and
clerical tasks.

The ideal candidate for this position must have strong MS Office skills including excel and ms word.

Also required are excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels.
Experience in data processing, bookkeeping or other skills you need to have performed
Ability to work independently
Organized and professional demeanor
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meeting
Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Write emails, memos and letters
Gender: Female
Qualification: Minimum ND
Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos State
