What Is The Hype About Vector?

so i finally have gotten round to listening to vector, but the truth is dude does not even come close, he needs to up his game, 
Anyone share my views

Tell us WHY he doesn't come close. You should be able to flesh out your opinion with supporting explanation. Vector is a good artist in my books. His word play is cool and I like the way he uses our local terms in his lyrics. His flow in GET DOWN ft Tuface was top-notch.

dude just has a nice voice, lyricallyno, dont even talk of word play, that is way beyong him abeg.very few rappers do wordplay well, even MI is not too good at it

Nothin sooo special abt Vector. .he is okay buh he nids to improve on certain important area:

-his flows dnt sync wiv commercial beats well

-He is not dat audible cuz he doesnt regulate his clone voice well to match d song wch makes his lyrics noisy

-he concentrates on wordplays so much that his rhyming scheme becomes poor & flows lack rhythm e.g oleku rmx & get down r evident enuff.

- he wordplays too much around stuffs dat r nt of utmost interest. .4 Godsake there r other element of rap to also explore

If vector improves on all these, the sky wil b his limit

Note: And If any1 has problem wit all wat I outlined then its either u r Vector himself or u r a bigoted Jayz fan whose freakd by d jayz in him

I was thinking about this myself a couple days
I do like his flow and style [i loved getdown very well.]
but i think its more style/flair than substance.

Vector is good. Its unfortunate dat some dudes couldnt get pass his Jay Z voice saying dat he's tryna form Jay Z. Buh its cool, an artiste can sound like another. Its their voice and also with d help of auto-tune. Just like when peeps were like ''Omawumi is trying to sound like Rihanna!!'' lol. But its her voice. Enough said, i think Vector is good notwithstanding.

Vector is the best freestyler i have heard.
I like all his songs i have heard, but i still like a couple other rappers better.
