Why does some cooking gas vendor keep shaking cylinder at intervals while filling?

I personally suspects it to be a way to cheat customers and could be dangerous.

it's better to buy from the automated machine vendors..

those retailers shake it in order to reduce the amount of air that goes into your cylinder..try the automated machine vendors and see the huge difference in the amount of weeks it will last for you

oh! I used to think they do it to put pressure to the gas in the cylinder so the level would fraudily increase.

Same way fueling station attendants keep pressing the fuel pump when refueling your car. Nigeria is a fraudulent country that's why it's always good to be at alert whenever you're dealing with Nigerians.
