58 Senators including including the ones that will be voted out. Atleast there will be good riddance in the senate this time compared to Buhari rubber stamped. I hate the 9th assembly. Damn!

And the ones coming to replace them are not better; ex governors and those who consider the chamber as their retirement home. I keep hoping that real change will happen in this country one day...

very interesting times for our democracy APC have used hunger and frustration to reset the mind of Nigerians if not cluelessness Hw would it take a lawmaker 2 yrs to understand proceedings in the institution to make active contributions but benefits and entitlement would be paid monthly I tell u we would be far better without this useless institution

For a variety of reasons, at least 58 senators will not seek reelection to the Senate in 2023 as the Nigerian culture of high turnover rate of lawmakers from every general election continues.
