You all should wonder why an Igbo never made the list from within yourselves and stop claiming marginalization against other tribes…that itself is a form of ethnic consciousness that will even make it more difficult. These positions don’t just drop on anyone’s laps to fulfill ethnic balance. A lot comes to play, of course ethnicity is also part of it.

They were times until 1999 when no Yoruba man in any democratic government in Nigeria ever for once attain the position President and Vice President since independence. Igbos attain this positions first. It’s not about dominating others, but what was brought to the table. Even with Awolowo and other big Yoruba politicians. Nnamdi Azikwe became Nigerian’s first President, then Alex Ekweme became Nigeria’s Vice President too.

It’s all about positioning and other factors that comes to play within the bench, government in power, relationship and the situation of the political setup during the period this judges were appointed.

The victim mentality is becoming sickening, nobody will deliver a juicy position if you don’t work and fight for it..not even if you are an Hausa man or Yoruba, you must merit it within the contexts of political setups and relevance of the government.

Some sense mixed with rubbish.
Which kind victim mentality igbos get?
Do you see them wallowing in pity OR are they making/finding a way?

Do you see igbos begging government for anything for Biafran war?

Do you know what it is like for a brilliant mind to apply to university and be told "we have reached capacity for your zone"

Is waec/jamb scores lowered in the SE to compensate for this their "victim mentality"

You think if Nigeria ever becomes a society of capability not who you know or your tribe, you think the igbos will be against it??

That the North always holds the most sensitive positions in Nigeria is not a happenstance. To pretend otherwise is laughable

I don't know why calling a spade a spade means somebody is playing "victim"

Maybe it's better to lie

Well you were struggling to justify and deny the fact that Igbos continuous romance with the Biafra movement has it’s consequences as well. One of such is preventing them from holding sensitive positions…written or unwritten. This in fact has made it even more easy for Hausas to dominate.

You can’t continue to actively work for the destruction and disintegration of the Nigerian state and expect to have juicy and sensitive positions within such state. Igbos have been too unpatriotic to the Nigerian state in all ramifications to deserve unrestrained and full participation in governance in Nigeria.

This is the obvious and Igbos must realize this and work on it. Right now the Eastern part are actively pushing for arms struggle through IPOB for the actualization of Biafra and yet they also want Obi to rule as President of Nigeria. Naturally you can’t burn the candles at both ends and get good results.

Agreed there are presently government policies that deliberately put the Hausas as key benefactors of important positions, state largesse and undue privileges over other Nigerians, but Azikwe sold out everybody to Tafawa Balewa and Ahmadu Bello for preferring to align with the North instead of the West.

Obasanjo didn’t help by nationalizing everything the Western region laboured for, Like the NTA and Radio Nigeria to name a few.

See this fool justifying quota system, so buhari removing onnoghen and replacing him with tanko over ethnic and religious sentiment is merited. The very fire you are stoking to consume your neighbor's house will soon xonsume your own. In what meritorious system is igbos and nigerdeltans not better than almajiris who just need to score less than 10 to get into unity school. Anambra, Delta, imo, Edo and cross river are the highest turnover for law schools. Look at the last three presidents of NBA all from SE/SS. The problem I have with lunatics like you is that you can't just make sense without been profoundly stupid and insultive... You are obviously a product of poor parenting who themselves are uncouth with multiple insanity tending towards self destruct that has now been inherited by you. How dare you call me a fool and still don't make sense. Idiots like you don't know that they are consequences for betraying the Nigerian state.

You are reaping what you sow. You can't be in two countries at the same time and want full benefits, the inherent mumu in you will never understand how Goodluck Jonathan, an Ijaw man became president ahead of any akpu eating dotian...the power of positioning and not foolish gragra of any Obituary got him there... When the Igbos tried to hijack power dominance through him, we collected our thing back from him. Igbos have always supported failed cause, any candidate they support na failure.

You cannot be unpatriotic and demand loyalty. Na stone una dey use as currency so na sand una go collect laslas. Werey dey disguise like better people. Una don cast since independence and after the civil war una stake for the nation don go on relegation.
