Though, that is carelessness taken too far and can be very dangerous.

The reality is that pms, though very volatile, can not be ignited by the amber of a cigarette or wood.

What ignites pms and other highly inflammable gases is naked flame. If the cigarette is dropped inside the petrol, it will simply get extinguished.

A simple, clue, after a long distance drive, check the car engine at the point where the exhaust pipe is connected, it is actually red hot but never get ignited.

Though as I earlier stated, that is carelessness taken too far.

Such an action can cause others in the vicinity much harm and even loss of lives and property.

I hope other than bringing this online, the reporter took the pain to report the seller to the nearest police post or station for his arrest and confiscation of the combustible wares tha he was peddling. He should be prosecuted accordingly.

Reporting is how the reporter can be a responsible citizen.
