We shortchange ourselves in the south here. We really do not know how to do this politics. We are so shortsighted and deficient in strategy that for now, we can only be certain of being governors and political leaders of our backyards only.
PVC collection at many local government in lagos here is hell. People are sleeping in the local government just to be able to register! How will people not be disenfranchised? They will only attend to you fast if you are able to part with money ranging from #3500 to #5000! While in the north, ten years olds are registering with ease. Our inordinate (unhealthy) love of money will be our end.
I wonder why governors here can't form policies (or even announce holidays), that will allow people register with more ease and efficiency?
The north are our masters, because they are masters at playing this game of politics!!!

Southerners live by the constitution while Northerners live by their Shariah.

Divide this country.

Yoruba Nation on my mind!
