Certificate really matters to encourage young people to go to school. Even if it is not more than secondary school certificate. How will an illiterate sign documents, speak simple English, understand some basic principles in governance and the constitution. This is what really affect Sunday igboho movement.

It only matters when emeka, femi, akpan and ifeoma are looking for a low paying job in an organisation. But when it comes to governing and administration of a country of over 200 million people and their future it suddenly doesn't matter. This country is an anomaly. Everything that is wrong is right and everything that is right is wrong in Nigeria.

Hmmm! Only in Nigeria will you see such a question - does the certificate really matter"?

And that's a clear sign that we're not going anywhere.
