I just bought as external keyboard because the buttons of the inbuilt laptop keyboard were malfunctioning. How can I disable it so only the external keyboard will work |

toyini1234:you can only disable it permanently in the hardware level by disconnecting the keyboard cable connector from the motherboard. but in software Os, you can't disable it, but you can uninstall the keyboard driver from device managers and shutdown the system or hibernate. and connect your external keyboard. you must never click restart, because Restarting the system will automatically install the keyboard driver back. 1 Like |
