Hey Guys!

So, I am a freelance writer, niche blogger and web developer. I need to get a loan of N2.5m to set up my new work station and migrate to some new servers. I know I can make back this money in 3 months max.

I have a landed property worth over N10m and would give that as collateral for this loan. The problem now is that almost all agencies I have reached out to claim I do NOT meet their requirement. Reason is because I am not a salary owner and I don't have a registered business with CAC.

Please, has anyone been in this situation? How did you find a way around it?
