You suffered no harm occasioned by their negligence ergo, you have no cause of action. at best you can sue for nominal damages(price paid for the drink). For better clarity see the case of Donohue vs Stevenson In pidgin- Baba you no fit sue them because that drink no wound you or cause you any injury. if to say you drink am, and belle do you somehow, carry you enter hospital and hospital say na because of wetyn u drink, then u fit sue them 2 Likes |
