The character can be defined as mental and moral quality distinctive to an individual, in its ideal manifestation of personality in the making. And this means that it can be made according to individual experiences, tastes, and trials.

Such that an evil character, consistently and consciously may strive toward an evil ideal and occasionally fail. But through temptation may come to yield to a good impulse to commit a noble act, completely at variance with an ideal in mind, of which, this no doubt, may only come to prove that within the breast of every individual, is that spark of divinity.
The same is true, that this comes to prove that because the soul of man is essentially good, and often with the tendency not desire, to emulate what is constructive, noble, and good.

It is the human will that is saddled with the responsibility to influence the natural tendency, an essential and fundamental incentive of the human soul. As it were, the character becomes the conscious code of thought, practice, emotion, and the act of which the school of personality come to established and through which the trait of personality tends to emulate as an ideal.
In this perspective, any evil character that results from an evil ideal, no doubt, tends to indicate a lack of understanding and development in the process. Therefore, any lack of understanding of character, required to be pitied rather than censored, directed rather than confinement, assisted rather than a hindrance.
Justice, as is known, as the ultimate end of the law is considered to be justice, although, this is only true in its ideal application and enforcement of the law.
The same is true, that with compelling evidence, the contrary is the case. However, in theory, it should apply, but in practice, many come to be injured by the cause of this very law they tends to depend upon justices.
As the saying goes, the law is without conscience. And it operate upon it's theory of perfection and consequently, even when it is apparent at times that an injustice will be done to a litigant, it does not often deviate from its routing system. It will be observed that the law is often enacted and executed by man, thus, it is constantly subject to human weakness in character. Therefore, as a result of this defect of which man is liable, is the question of whether it is worthwhile, to resort to arbitration than to appeal to the law
