A Nigerian lady has been captured on tape venting inside a bank over a transaction on her account which was not carried out by her.

The woman expressed rage in the banking hall while lamenting over how N1 million was allegedly withdrawn from her account.

She recorded herself calling out the bank and its staff for failing to help her reverse the transaction.


According to her, the maximum amount she transacts with on her account is N150,000 per day, but over 1 million Naira was withdrawn from her account using Opay.

She said bank explained that nothing can be done about it because it has to receive directive from the head office.

If a bank official wrongly transfer money into another person's account,they will trace the person and threaten to effect his arrest if he doesn't refund back the money.Meanwhile,if a customer;s account is hack or he make a wrong transfer,the bank will not want to help him.So why are we putting our money in the bank when the bank use it to do business but will not help us when we have problems?
