 Everyone’s favourite Nollywood Daddy Zaddy Richard Mofe-Damijo (aka RMD) is 61 today! RMD has had a fulfilling career to this point and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon, which we’re here for. He’s an actor, writer, producer, lawyer, and former journalist. He was also a former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State between 2009 – 2015. In 2005, he won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role and received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 12th Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2016. Among other accolades to his name A very fulfilling career. RMD is best known for movies like Diamond Ring (1998), 30 Days in Atlanta (2014), The Wedding Party (2016), Fine Wine (2019), and King of Boys: The Return of the King, to mention but a few.
