We are looking to hire IT Support Officers for a Commercial Bank.

Job Type: On site
Remunerations : 100k + Pension+ HMO+ NHF+ 13th Month + Leave Allowance
Automatic conversion into bank full time Employee within 1 year.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Setting up of computer LAN for new outlet while providing solution to IT matters concurrently.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising

Requirements:
• Minimum of an OND degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as IT Support
• Great Communication Skills
• Excellent knowledge of computer and networking resolutions
• Must be presentable
