Herewith photographs of where appears to be a deserted INEC Office at Odukpani LGA, Cross River State. Yesterday was my second time this week (Tuesday being my first) visiting to collect my PVC. No staff presence no phone contact to make inquiry. I gathered that staff there rarely report for duty, besides persons who are lucky to meet with them, must provide money for fuel before being attended to. At such a time in this country where PVC awareness has doubled?! INEC H/Qtrs please take note to fund the 774 LGAs Offices to better deliver on Nigerians mandate. I' m just being Obidient!
