Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Rep who is good at handling Chats, Calls, and Social Media inquiries, and always paying attention to the Customers and understanding the Customer’s needs.

Minimum Qualification: SSCE
Location: Must be in Festac Lagos State or its environs (don't bother if you're not in or around the Festac area please).
Gender: Female


Job Description/Requirements

At least an academic qualification of SSCE.
Must be fluent in speaking and writing the English language
Good Customer service skills
Understands how to work with MS Office, like Excel, Word, etc.
GOOD Computer Skills.
The ability to multi-task and adapt to change is critical.



Hours: 9 am to 5 pm
Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: ₦25,000 to ₦30,000 depending on experience.
