1. Cleaning Groundnut-shelling, picking out bad and germinated ones
Before making oil from groundnut, the germination and bad ones should be picked out, and it is better to remove the shell too.
The groundnut shells can be manually peeled off, but this is time-consuming. But now the peanut shells are mostly removed by the groundnut shelling machine in the oil mill, which takes a short time.
The shelled groundnut will be screened, which can sieve out fine groundnut kernel granular. And then germinated and spoiled groundnuts are hand-picked.
2. Roasting groundnuts
Then feed the groundnuts into the roasting machine. The primary purpose is to get rid of the excess moisture of the groundnut kernels. The degree of roasting is different here, and the color of the pressed groundnut oil is also very different. If it is burnt, it will not be able to squeeze out the oil, so it is essential to control the temperature.
3. Extracting groundnut oil by the oil press
Preheat the oil press. After the oil press is preheated, pour the roasted peanuts into the feed hopper of the oil press while it is still hot. Turn on the switch to extract oil. Generally, it needs to be squeezed two or three times, all of which are processed automatically by the machine, as long as it is set in advance.

After the oil is squeezed, it will flow through the oil outlet. There is a filter cartridge at the oil outlet to filter the oil because the oil just squeezed out contains fine oil residue. After filtering out the oil residue, the peanut oil is purer.
4. Groundnut oil cooling
After filtration, the oil will be cloudy, so it needs to be poured into a container for settling. In addition, the temperature of the oil that has just come out is relatively high, and it needs to cool for a while.
After the oil is cool, it can be put into the oil pot, and the oil extraction is complete.
