To That Beautiful Wife, Sister, Expectant Mum, Husband and brother...

Have you join our WhatsApp free class? IF no, then you are missing out on this sensitisation.

This class is held for Nigerian women to be educated and also have an awareness of the Dos and Don'ts during the childbirth Journey.

To Every man there too, having this knowledge will help you know what to do during the pregnancy journey and how to educate your wife and even your sisters as well.

On Saturday we had a privilege of having EmmySam Peter lecture us. He's a medical and a clinical researcher who has gained his vast medical health knowledge from the university of Port Harcourt.

He talked to us on the Complications that occur during childbirth. A few:

1- High Blood Pressure
2- Gestational Diabetes
3- Infections
4- Preeclampsia
5- Preterm Labor
6- Depression and Anxiety
7- Pregnancy loss/ Miscarriage (still birth)

I will pick the last point which is Miscarriage...

Every woman on earth is bound to procreate, women are design to sustain life and feed it.

Some major factors that leads to miscarriage include but not limited to
-Stress,
-Unhealthy food

As a pregnant woman, know that whatever you eat goes to your blood stream through a process called "Assimilation" and feeds your unborn child too through the placenta.

We also had the privilege of having Jerryminds Lecture us.
He talked about the various challenges women face during childbirth and the causes of those challenges which he dissected into three;

1- Human Causes
2- Environmental Causes
3- Health Care Causes

He defined child birth simply as the period through which a pregnant woman gives birth.

And he said "some challenges women face during childbirth do not just occur during childbirth but are always as a result of the accumulation of the things they do prior to the delivery day, beginning from the food they eat, the exercises they engaged in, the medical guidance they follow" and more...

Subsequently, we are going to look into other interesting and value-packed areas which you wouldn't want to miss...

Men and women who joined us last Saturday have found the class so interesting and impactful. I'm waiting to have you join us today,
