Most of the budget for USA military is for political pockets because all USA weapon manufacturing companies are private on book but its controlled by the USA government meaning the USA pays its own military weapons X100 with USA citizens taxes then shared half of the money to the elites and senators who supported backing of buying the weapons.
While in Russia and China, the government owned all the weapons manufacturing companies meaning its cost less for the government to get its weapons.

The article is spot on. I remember during the Invasion of Libya, some NATO countries ran out of bombs. Just imagine if that was against a worthy opponent.

The NATO Alliance is running short of weapons and munitions. Their smart systems cannot sustain a long battle. The era of tanks and artillery is not over. So all the anti tank weapons are a no good for a country that mass produces tanks and shells
