Can someone help me find Ikem Basil Nwaokike?

He lived in Nashville, TN, USA in the 1990s. However, I was told last year that he had been deported back to Nigeria. Ikem is about 45 years old and is from the Igbo region. He also may have once lived in Lagos and goes by Ike. Any information would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!!!
