Job Role: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Core Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge and hands on experience with performance management (Objectives setting, driving performance management initiatives etc.)

Hands on experience with learning and development (Planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting)

General knowledge of other HR functions.

Minimum of 5 years' experience on a performance management / L & D focused role in HR.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Relevant Certifications such as CIPM, HRCI, CIPD etc. are an added advantage.
