*News update*
Life is short but seems long to the living when you are healthy but becomes even shorter when disease ensues and finally kills .

So sad last night as I read on Facebook that, an old friend, a court magistrate just died of prostrate cancer.
Very sad and painful. I am still in Shock.

**Are you a man over 40 years here?*
Then read about this:*

*Prostate cancer symptoms*

The symptoms of prostate cancer often differ from patient to patient. The most common first sign of recurrent prostate cancer is a rise in the PSA( PROSTRATE SPECIFIC ANTIGEN) level in the blood.

Also , in most cases, prostate cancer symptoms are not apparent in the early stages of the disease and symptoms may be different for each man, and any one of these symptoms may be cause by other conditions.

As a result, routine screenings in the form of digital rectal exams and prostate-specific androgen (PSA) tests are important.

*Early warning signs of prostate cancer*

1. Burning or pain during urination

2. Difficulty urinating, or trouble starting and stopping while urinating

3. More frequent urges to urinate at night

4. Loss of bladder control

5. Decreased flow of velocity of urine stream

6. Blood in urine (hematuria)

6. Blood in semen
Difficulty getting an erection (erectile dysfunction)

7. Painful ejaculation

*Note* : Prostate cancer may spread ( *metastasize* ) and form tumors in nearby organs or bones. If the cancer spreads to the spine, it may press on the spinal nerves which could lead to:

1. Swelling in legs or pelvic area

2. Numbness or pain in the hips, legs or feet

3. Bone pain that doesn’t go away, or leads to fractures

Do Not wait to get these sign. Protect yourself.
You might have money to fly yourself from one country to another, you might not be very lucky to come out of it.

Those of you on my Facebook page are already privileged because we started teaching cancer thus week. And we have done the causes.
Everybody is exposed to the predisposing factors to cancer irrespective of your status, education and money because we live in the same environment.

Intact, from *my personal findings,* the most educated, the rich, including medical professional are the ones that are mostly ravaged by this demonic disease called prostrate cancer though everyone is vulnerable.

Again, do not wait to get these signs and symptom.

Go to routine medical checks on your prostrate.
