Results still get called by the press. You see near instant collation of results by the press including statistics. this makes it quite difficult for results to be changed or manipulated. This is part of how the Press guards our democracy.

Aregbesola is nobody in Osun politics. Aregbesola never won PDP to become governor. Oyinlola got tired of Court case toward the end of his second tenure. The only election he narrowly won was because of PDP forceful hijacking of power at Ekiti and Oyinlola and Isiaka Adeleke support.

Ademola disgraced Aregbesola in the Senatorial election and in 2018 as incumbent governor. Adeleke family remained strong at Ede. If Adeleke had gone to APC, the same result would have been repeated.

Aregbesola or Adeoti cannot change Oshogbo voting pattern. A nairaland user (adexii) based at Ife has been giving me the situation on ground since Thursday but I disagreed with him. Now I agreed with him. All what he said about Ife and Ijesha land came to pass.

Aregbesola cannot win Senatorial election of Ijesha / Ife axis. Of what importance is he if he is not valuable at home after 8 years in office.

Osun people have set the pace to chase the evil party (APC) out of every tiers of government, my respect for Osun people just increased!
