Please can anyone help me !!

I have been trying to make payment for some goods I bought on Alie express with my Access bank Visa debit card but it is always failing ...and I don't know what to do .Any suggestion about what to do pls

Use another bank. GTBank or something

Honestly I just taya for this access bank. It's over a month now since access bank stopped dollar transaction on its visacard.

Aost all bank cards are no longer working for pos international the one that manage to work are limited to $20 monthly.
