It was reported that Davido posted some tweets while the election was ongoing, encouraging people to come out and vote for PDP. This amounts to an act of campaign and it contravenes the electoral act, which stipulates that there should be no campaign of any sort while polling is ongoing.

INEC and APC are currently studying the events, and are likely to cancel the entire election once it is established that he made the tweets while in Osun state.

INEC doesn't have the power to cancel an already declared election.
Secondly, Davido is not doing that as member of the campaign or an officier of PDP.
