IGP Orders Probe Of Portable For Saying He Created ‘Ajah Boys’, ‘One Million Boys’ The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Usman Alkali Baba, has ordered a probe of Habeeb Okikiola, the singer better known as Portable, for saying he created cult groups.
