A Project Management firm in Lagos is looking to hire a Manager (Projects) who will be responsible for the following:
• Providing management supervision for all projects related functions under his/her portfolio
• Coordinate resources and technical inputs towards ensuring project delivery within budget, on time and quality
• Providing and implementing strategic objectives of the organization.
• Manage Client and other stakeholders involved in projects.

Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering, Arch)
• Must have COREN/NSE or NIA/ARCON/PMP
• 8-10 years’ experience; at least 3years occupying managerial roles with multi-disciplinary supervision.
• Proven Experience in managing multiple projects across Commercial and Residential developments.

3. Executive chef (960k)

Note: In bracket are Annual Salary. No accommodation. Daily Feeding available.

Shift is 7am-7pm morning shift, or 7pm-7am night shift , 6 days a week and one day off.
The front desk and Executive Chef would either be placed on morning or night shift. Shift is subject to change after a week.
