Those are genital warts, and I can bet you it's very hard to go away. Going away is basically by luck. You can use genital warts removal like avoca silver nitrate but it's very painful. Appy it strictly to the bumps and after a few days it will go away.

But then if you are unlucky they will grow back and you can use avoca to remove them. The circle continues.

The bumps are caused by HPV which has no cure and its very easy to contact not only via sex but through skim contact with open wound. Though, their is a vaccine for people below 25 years of age.

Don't panic about this issue, this will heal automatically, but take some time. So, better to live healthy life and living a good lifestyle.
