Can a PIII of 650MHz, 10G HDD conveniently carry a RAM of 512MB? Would it make the system any faster? Thanks for your anticipated kind reply. |

Hello Freechat, upgrading to a 512MB RAM will increase the physical memory and there by the speed will be increased too. |

yes it will surely improve the speed, but to everything there's a limitation. On my best opinion, i think 256MB or 384MB[b](1 256MB & 1 128MB)[/b] will be ok.Cos you wont see the difference of using 384MB to 512MB, all due to the processor speed and motherboard ratio. |
