We at Khayflux Empire have brought to public notice that we've partnered with an insurance company and with this step, we've gone ahead in ensuring we provide maximum satisfaction to our clienteles, old, new & incoming customers by giving them insurance cover to any item or gadget they purchase from us and this insurance lasts for a year after purchasing such items.

What is the insurance meant to cover?
- parts of a gadget or gadgets bought from us; be it screen, battery and the likes of a gadget which you had purchased from us. Eg, if you bought a laptop from us and the battery goes bad, we'd replace the battery for you.

How much is the customer meant to pay?
- Five Thousand naira (N5,000) for a year

What our insurance doesn't cover
- parts bought from other vendors
- gadget bought from other vendors; even if you bought a part from us. We would only provide insurance for our own part sold if by chance a customer adds or installs it to a gadget bought from another vendor


When does the insurance start?
As soon as an item had been purchased and the insurance fee paid for such item.

Furthermore, our insurance cover is opened for those who had just purchased a gadget from us as at last week (July 11, 2022) till today.
