Educational Qualification: BSC/HND


Overall Responsibilities:

Record customer inquiries and details by using Microsoft Excel

Create and provide day to day maintenance of customer data base.

Be creative while conducting daily appointments, follow ups and calls.

Prepare reports to communicate duty performance with management.
