We believe so much in using technology to improve the overall learning experience as seen in our wide range of products/services which includes ExamGuide, TestCentre, Virtual Science Lab, GetTutor, LearningHub and SchoolFinder.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client / Product Support Staff

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
Our client Support staff will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Explaining Products and features of products to clients
Drawing up Contents on Social media platforms aimed at visibility
Treating Customers' Purchase request.
Attending to other duties assigned by line manger all in line with product promotion and customer satisfaction.
Join the team during presentations and will have to anchor presentations on some occasions

Skills
Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
Must have good IT skills, a background in sciences is an added advantage
Must have good presentation skills
Should be conversant with social media marketing
Must be a creative person
A previous experience in a related role will be an added advantage.
Must be 27 years old or below by end of 2022

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
