Good afternoon fam, I have a laptop that has spoiled a long time ago,so I removed the HDD inside a case to use as an external storage,but my laptop is not detecting the HDD. the HDD was vibrating and making a ticking sound then it will stop and start again at interval. . abeg is the problem from the system or from the flash drive  |

Another External hard disk connector sir. The one you're using might be defective. Or did the former hard drive fall? Or was kept beside a magnet, cos these can cause defective hard drives as well. |

Get another connector if the issue persists, then your hdd is faulty |
