Just legalize this stuff and put regulations on the amount people can consume. This will eliminate the criminal elements involved in the production and distribution. Put a heavy levy and tax on companies involved in the production and distribution of cocaine to cater for the social and health cost implications that will arise from the consumption of the drug.

People love to get high. It's a lifestyle decision and it seems the war on this drug is not working. In my view, I think it's because the raw material is mainly sourced from tropical climates and westerners are unable to replicate the production of the drug that's why the pretentious fight is ongoing.

Cannabis has been legalized in many western countries and this is because it can now been grown locally in the west. If thr west can profit, they will continue to criminalize it.

Currently, opoids is now the drug of choice by middle and low income westerners. Cocaine consumption is even safer than Opoids but opoids is not illegal.
