Engr. Enyinnaya Chima Nwafor, the Young Progressives Party (YPP) Gubernatorial Candidate in Abia State has condoled with the family of deceased Chief Benjamin Nwankpa.

In a hearty interaction with the wife of Chief Nwankpa and members of the Ben family at their Mgboko Okpulor Obingwa Local Government Area country home, Nana expressed shock that a hitherto healthy and lively Ben could exit without notice in the manner he did. The Osisioma born Industrialist recollected with amazing nostalgia, how the former Chairman of Obingwa Local Government "became a part of all that he met, came easily as a political roaring flame whose impact further demonstrated his belief in human capital development".

The YPP Guber Candidate reiterated that the YPP family in Abia has lost 'a Ben, a grassroots mobilizer, an enigma of some sort, man whose passion for a prosperous Abia was commendable and enviable".

Nana regretted that despite the constant reminders of man's vulnerability as a mere mortal, some still carry on as if they are oblivious of the fact that the peace of God passes all understanding.

The Founder of Each One Aid One Foundation while praying for the repose of the soul of Ben, assured the Ben Nwankpa family that "the larger YPP family in Abia would be part of efforts to immortalize the name of Ben for leaving indelible footprints on the sand of time".

Engr. Nwafor was accompanied to the visit by the Director - General of the Nana/Ofuji Campaign Organisation, Chief Okezie Ugboaja; the Chairman of Nana/Ofuji Campaign Council, Ezeogo Emeka Onuoha, Barr.
