Has President Cyril Ramaphosa been profiting from bizarrely kind and careless treatment by the media? Is there any reality to the view that had it been some other ANC lawmaker accountable for the state, the Phala Phala outrage could have been given more unmistakable quality and basic inclusion by the media?
