2 Kidnappers Strangle 13-Year-Old Boy To Death For Failing To Produce His father’s Phone Number 2 Kidnappers have been arrested by the Niger State Police Command for the killing of their 13-year-old victim identified as Yasir Salisu. The police public relations officer, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, confirmed this in a press release on Monday the 1st day of August, 2022. He said after receiving a report of a missing 13-year-old boy identified as Yasir Salisu, Police operatives attached to Tafa Division on a reasonable suspicion arrested two suspects identified as Usman Sabiu aged 22 and Nafiu Umar aged 18, both residents of Hayin-Nasarawa, Tafa local government area of Niger State. He said during a rigorous and painstaking interrogation, Usman Sabiu confessed to have conspired with Nafiu Umar and abducted the missing child to the resident of Nafiu with the intention of collecting one hundred thousand naira ransom (N100,000) from the victim’s father.
