Apart from The Sun Newspapers, Orji Uzor Kalu also owns New Telegraph. Meanwhile, Jimoh Ibrahim was not the founder of National Mirror - Prince Emeka Obasi was - even though he later acquired it from him. On the other hand, Champion Newspapers is owned by Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu.

Just like the Nation Newspaper, Daily Trust is also APC propaganda machine.
Infact when it comes to the media, APC has a web of propagandaist machines they use to deceive, lie and manipulate gullible Nigerians who cannot think for themselves and many Nigerians always fall for them. I must confess they are good at media deceit.
Heck they have even infilterated nairaland with thousands of fake monikers whose job is to work on this platform 24/7.

The media want to maintain their intimate relation to state power. They want to get leaks, they want to get invited to the press conferences. They want to rub shoulders with the politicians, all that kind of business. To do that, you've got to play the game, and playing the game means telling their lies, serving as their disinformation apparatus.
