*Minimum of 5 years experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
*Degree in Accounting, Business Mgt or in a Similar field.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Purchasing software.
 
JOB FUNCTION
*To evaluate supplies, products and services
*Negotiating contracts
*Ensurjng that approved purchases are cost efficient and of high quality
*Promote good Procurement practice
*To keep up with Product and service trend.
*Develop sourcing strategies
*Review inventory and update as required.
*Receive orders from various departments
*Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time.
*Keep daily records
*Quaterly and Annual stock taking of materials and assets.
